**From the North and/or West:
From the M5: Leave at exit 25 (Taunton). Take the A358 signposted Ilminster & Chard. Follow the road through Chard and on to Axminster. Just before entering Axminster, take the A35 coast road to Charmouth (direction Bridport).

From the A303: Exit at the Ilminster roundabout and take the A358 to Chard and on to Axminster. Just before entering Axminster, take the A35 coast road to Charmouth (direction Bridport).

About 1 mile before reaching Charmouth and about half a mile after the end of the short stretch of dual-carriageway, take the left turn signposted Wootton Fitzpaine. Follow the lane into the village and, at the village hall, turn left. Stay on that lane for about a mile, following signs to Whitchurch Canonicorum and The Limes is the last house on the left, just after Manor Farm.

**From the East:
From the A31/A35 (Bournemouth): Follow the A35 through Bridport and on through Chideock. Go up the hill out of Chideock and then, following the main road, go through Morcombelake. At the end of the village of Morcombelake take a right turn to Whitchurch Canonicorum. Follow this lane, go straight over the cross road, carry straight on passing two right turnings (Abbots Wootton and Fishpond) and The Limes is the first house on the right, just past the Wootton Fitzpaine village sign.
